Prototype 1

Before I started creating the website I create 2 main prototypes to present to Liz based on her requirements. For each prototype I created one page with some text on it to demonstrate to Liz how the site would look with each design.

Notes:

This is providing all of the links in the form of a horizontal navigation system. I have taken Liz’s advice and kept the design as simple and plain as possible.  Vertically down the page is will show page the user is on. I have also kept to the “grey” colour scheme where the buttons and “bars” are all the same colour.

Feedback:

This is good however I find that all the buttons seem to stretch all the way across the page, making the page seem very wide. However I do like how neat it looks. A quick point however is that the logo says “Elderifield Development” when it should says “Elderifled Developments”.
